Step Two: System Findings and Plan

Once a Needs Assessment has been performed, Cipher will present you with a detailed System Findings and Plan. This document lists issues discovered during Cipher's on-site visits and as a result of staff interviews. Each issue will be paired with a recommended solution and plan for implementation. The System Findings and plan includes detailed equipment pricing and costs for professional time involved with the implementation of each solution.

Detailed Implementation Plan: All hardware and software costs as well as professional fee costs will be estimated for the resolution of any issues identified by the Needs Assessment. Cipher can source any hardware needed and all implementation will be performed by Cipher Personnel or Cipher Recommended Third-Party Vendors.

The Next Step: Complete Documentation

Once your System Findings and Plan is approved, work will begin with Cipher preparing a complete documentation overview as part of the process. This documentation, provided in hard copy and updated digitally will give you a complete system overview and an inventory of all hardware devices, software programs and all methods of connection to your network.
