Monitoring & Routine Support

Cipher Integrations provides Monitoring & Routine Support to keep a close watch on your Network System so you don´t have to. Through effective monitoring of major systems and proactive routine support, you can reduce the frequency of network outages and downtime. Our weekly remote monitoring and routine support agreements provide clients with the peace of mind that their systems are functioning smoothly and under the careful watch of a Cipher Specialist.

Remote Server Monitoring
Through weekly remote server monitoring Cipher is in a position to spot and diagnose problems before they become a significant threat to your system. Quickly and proactively discovering a problem and taking steps to address issues and threats is vital to the stable operation of a network.

Routine Server Support
It is important that servers be routinely examined and their settings adjusted to ensure optimal performance. By assuring that servers are operating efficiently, you can avoid many issues that could arise as a result of from not performing such routine services.

Routine Workstation Support
Through routine support of your workstations, Cipher can assist you in making sure your workstations run efficiently, and small user issues are resolved. In this phase, Cipher will be on-site once per quarter to perform routine workstation support on approximately 25% of your workstations. As a result, all machines will receive routine support at least once per year.

Reporting - After each of the above is performed, Cipher will provide a status report of the tasks performed after their completion. It will include comments and observations that we may have and any immediate issues that need resolution.
