Cipher Integrations, Inc. was formed in response to the need for comprehensive technology services to small businesses in Florida.

S. Todd Baylis, MCSE, CCNA - Software Development
Todd specializes in creating and designing secure software solutions to enhance and streamline your business. Todd directs the software development group at Cipher Integrations and specializes in encryption and security software. Todd is also in charge of day to day operations of Cipher Integrations.

Peter R. Rudden - Internet Technology
Peter coordinates and directs the Internet Technology group at Cipher Integrations. His specialty is in New Media marketing and Internet Technology implementation.

Robert W. Shoe, CNA, MCP - Network Services
Bob is responsible for the design and implementation of Cipher's network services division. Through our business processes and management practices, Bob ensures that all client networks are functioning and available, so that clients can continue doing what they do best.

Nicholas C. Pelfort , CNA, MCP - Network Services
Nick is responsible for the implementation of client networks as part of Cipher's network services division. Through our business processes and management practices, Nick ensures that all installations and advanced implementations are executed smoothly.

Ryan J. Flick , CNA, MCP - Software Development
Ryan has a broad understanding of software development issues and languages and has extensive experience in secure online payment processing, programming and implementation. As part of his experience, Ryan has a background in Database Design and implementation as well as an extensive knowledge of advanced SQL. Ryan has worked with Cipher to develop secure email applications as well as encrypted disk applications.

Stephen W. Baylis, CPA - Corporate Development
Stephen makes sure that Cipher's business development remains on track and acts as a trusted advisor and owner at Cipher Integrations.
